If there were a category higher than excellent I would use that! I sold my house in just a few days. Taylor's staging as part of her standard commission allowed me funds to hire some help with getting the house and yard ready as I wanted an aggressive schedule. She not only handles all the big things but small ones as well like collecting mail and switching on the heat. Things could not have gone better and I am amazed how quickly and easily everything progressed. She is the best!

Taylor staged our house and directed us in the things we needed to move or store to make the home show better. Her advice was invaluable in helping us maintain our sanity. Extremely easy to talk to and communicated so well. She's very knowledgeable about the market & Frederick in general which made me feel more intrusted in her feedback because of that. She's extremely patient, professional, and caring.
