If there were a category higher than excellent I would use that! I sold my house in just a few days. Taylor's staging as part of her standard commission allowed me funds to hire some help with getting the house and yard ready as I wanted an aggressive schedule. She not only handles all the big things but small ones as well like collecting mail and switching on the heat. Things could not have gone better and I am amazed how quickly and easily everything progressed. She is the best!

Taylor staged our house and directed us in the things we needed to move or store to make the home show better. Her advice was invaluable in helping us maintain our sanity. Extremely easy to talk to and communicated so well. She's very knowledgeable about the market & Frederick in general which made me feel more intrusted in her feedback because of that. Taylor was amazing throughout the entire process. The was she staged the house and the way she communicated and negotiated with the other parties was amazing. She kept us in the loop at all times. She had great recommendations and she listened to our questions and concerns. We could not have picked a better agent. This was the third transaction we had hired for and she is about to completev a 4th transaction. We recommended her to all our neighbors who are thinking of sdelling in the near future.

During a market where properties are few and far between, and my long wish list, Taylor not only helped me find my dream property, but was able to negotiate me below list and contingent on my home sale - then make it all happen!
